Your gym appears as a session location in the FITO₂ app. Clients can choose your gym when booking with their coach. You get a gym admin login to see all upcoming sessions.

FITO₂ coaches check in through the app when they arrive with their client. You can see every session in real time — who is coming, which zone they need and how long they will stay.

Do I need to sign a long-term contract?
No. The FITO₂ gym partnership is a 30-day rolling agreement. Either side can end it with 30 days notice, no penalty. We want partners who are happy — not partners who are locked in.
How do I know which coaches are coming and when?
Your gym admin dashboard shows every upcoming FITO₂ session in your gym — coach name, client name, time, zone required and duration. You get a daily summary by WhatsApp every morning at 7 AM.
What if a coach damages equipment or causes an issue?
FITO₂ takes full responsibility for coach conduct. All coaches are insured and background-checked. Any incident is reported directly to FITO₂ and resolved within 24 hours. Your gym is never liable for coach actions.
Can I limit which zones or equipment FITO₂ sessions use?
Yes. During onboarding you define which zones, time slots and equipment are available to FITO₂ sessions. Peak-hour restrictions, zone limits and equipment exclusions are all respected automatically.
How is the AED 60 per session calculated?
AED 60 is paid for every completed session that takes place in your gym, regardless of the client's plan type. Sessions are tracked automatically through the FITO₂ coach check-in system — no manual counting required.
What kind of gym is suitable to partner with FITO₂?
Any gym with free weights, basic resistance equipment and a changing room qualifies. You do not need to be a large commercial gym — boutique studios, building gyms and mid-size independent gyms are all welcome. We visit first to confirm suitability.
