Can I pause my plan if I travel or get injured?
Yes. You can pause any monthly plan for up to 8 weeks per year with no charge during the pause. Your coach is notified and holds your spot. Pausing takes one tap from the app — no phone call or approval needed.
What happens if I don't like my matched coach?
Tell us within 48 hours of your first session and we will rematch you to a different coach at no charge. The conversation stays between you and FITO2 — we handle it without any awkwardness.
Where do sessions take place?
Your coach comes to you. Sessions happen at your home, your building gym, a partner gym, or outdoors — you choose when you book. No commute, no parking, no wasted time.
Do I need a wearable device to use FITO2?
No. If you have a Whoop fitness band, Garmin, WHOOP, Oura Ring or similar device, FITO2 connects to it automatically. If you don't have one, you can log sleep and steps manually in about 30 seconds a day. Elite clients receive a Whoop fitness band with free 1-year subscription delivered to their door.
What does Pay Per Session include?
One session with a certified coach of your choice — AED 120, pay when you book. No FitScore, no nutrition tracking, no monthly subscription. You can add the Core AI plan for AED 149/month to unlock those features alongside your PPS sessions.
Is FITO2 a medical service?
No. FITO2 is a fitness and lifestyle coaching platform. We are not doctors, physiotherapists or dietitians. If you have a serious health condition, please speak to your doctor before starting any exercise programme. Your coach is trained in fitness — not medicine.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, at any time from the app. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing month. No penalty, no fees — just go to My profile and tap Manage your plan.
How does the referral programme work?
Refer a friend and when they complete their first session you receive AED 250 credit on your account. Your friend gets AED 250 off their first month. Credits are applied automatically to your next bill. Five referrals earns you a free month. Ten referrals earns you Elite for three months.
